At Vortus Gear, every custom product is made-to-order through our trusted production partner. Each item is made specifically for you when you place your order.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Each item is produced after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and product specifications and are paid by the customer.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days after production
- Priority Shipping (when available): 1-3 business days after production

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Occasionally, high order volumes, carrier delays, or unforeseen issues may delay shipping. We appreciate your patience; Vortus Gear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact Support@VortusGear.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. While we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for reports made after 7 days
