Return and Exchange Policy

1. Our Combat Ready Philosophy

We provide high-performance equipment for those who move with intent. To ensure every customer receives 100% brand new, hygienic, and unused gear, we operate with a focused return policy designed to support the athlete community while maintaining the highest standards.

In combat sports, hygiene isn't negotiable. That's why we never resell returned gear—and why you can trust that every item you receive is factory-fresh and untouched.

2. Size Exchanges 

If your shirt, hoodie, or rash guard doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the right size within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unworn with tags attached. You cover return shipping to Vortus and standard shipping for the replacement.

Please consult our detailed sizing charts (available on every product page) to ensure the perfect fit. Need help choosing? Email Support@Vortusgear.com before ordering.

3. Vortus Quality Guarantee (Defects & Our Mistakes)

If your gear arrives damaged or we made a mistake, we'll make it right—at no cost to you.

What's Covered:
Damaged items, defective printing / manufacturing, or if we sent the wrong size / item by mistake.

Your Window:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Process:
Email Support@Vortusgear.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or mislabeled tag

Solution:
We will ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method. We cover all shipping when it's our mistake.

4. Hygiene-Sensitive Items (Final Sale)

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale under all circumstances (unless defective):

  • Slides & Footwear: Direct foot contact makes these non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Drinkware: Water bottles and coffee mugs.
  • Headwear: Hats, beanies, and caps.
  • Used Gear: Any item that has been worn, washed, or removed from original packaging.
  • Sale Items: All items purchased from the "Sale" or "Clearance" sections.
