To ensure every customer receives 100% brand new, unworn, and unused gear, we do not offer traditional returns or size exchanges. Please consult our detailed sizing charts on each product page before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

Quality Guarantee: If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or mislabeled, we'll replace it or issue a full refund. Email Support@vortusgear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Final Sale Items: Drinkware, headwear, used gear, and sale items are non-returnable under all circumstances unless defective.

My order was not delivered, what should I do?

Check with neighbors or your mailroom first. If your package is still missing, email Support@vortusgear.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Note: If the shipping address on your order was incorrect, reshipping fees will apply.

My items are damaged - what do I do?

Email Support@vortusgear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with similar colors • Use mild detergent only • No bleach, fabric softener, or dry-cleaning • Hang dry or tumble dry low • Iron inside-out on cool—avoid prints

Rash Guards:
Machine wash cold with similar colors • No bleach or dry-cleaning • Wash separately from items with zippers or hardware to prevent snags • Air dry or tumble dry low

Stainless Steel Water Bottles:
Hand wash only with warm soapy water • Not dishwasher safe (heat damages vacuum seal) • Air dry completely before storing
