How do I get my tracking information?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package.

How long in order to process my Order? 

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

What is your return policy?

Since Vortus items are custom made for each customer, our return policy only permits returns for damaged or defective items. If you've received such items, please email Support@Vortusgear.com  within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order #. Items must be unused, unworn, & in original packaging. We do not process returns for buyer’s remorse, sale items or gift cards

Are Vortus products custom made? 

Yes, every item is custom and made-to-order specifically for you when you place your order.

How do shipping fees work?

Shipping fees are determined at checkout based on factors such as your shipping address, package size, and are covered by the customer.

What are your normal delivery timeframes?

Each item is custom-made just for you. Please allow approximately 10-15 days for delivery (Includes order processing, production, and shipping). Please note that shipping and delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding!

Do you offer exchanges?

For now, we don't accept exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. If an item is mislabeled, please email Support@vortusgear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your details, your order number and quality photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new item!

My order was not delivered, what should I do?

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address 
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package 
  3. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them 

If your address is correct and you still haven't received your package, email Support@Vortusgear.com with your order number. 

If the address was wrong, we can reship however, you’ll be responsible for shipping fees.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. However, if your order is sizable, we might be able to make an exception.

Please email your request to: Support@Vortusgear.com with your order details, and we can work with you on the possibility.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

We do not currently offer wholesale or bulk discounts however, if you have a potential bulk order, email Support@Vortusgear.com with details for special pricing options.

My items are damaged - what do I do?

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please email Support@Vortusgear.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue however, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for reports made after 7 day
